Our favorite place to go each year on our anniversary is to the cabin on Lake Eva on the other side of the island. Harris Air always fly's us over and as usual it was a beautiful flight thanks to our pilot Tor.
We spent 5 days this time, the longest so far. We had some good weather, fair weather and horrible weather during our stay. The rope broke on the boat motor but John from Harris Air was nice enough to bring us a new motor so Michael didn't have to row the boat all weekend. LOL
We tried fishing many times and not one fish was caught the entire time we were there. BOO!
Walked down the trail to the beach one day and Michael fished along the way and I took pictures and watched for yogi. Never saw a bear but it is a beautiful walk and spot for lunch. Passes some other fishermen along the path and they never saw us. Good thing we weren't bears! Always be aware of your surroundings I say!
Had a wonderful time and came home very rested almost to the point of comatose. Hahaha
Can't wait for our next adventure in this beautiful place we call home. I love you honey! Looking forward to another 25 years with you!
